Position:
Support Specialist - IT Services and Sales
Responsibilities:- Provide general IT support services in a serviced office environment with mostly multi-national clients.
- Handle IT support needs of local internal teams.
- Coordinate with local IT vendors.
- Manage L1 & L2 Tickets.
- Experiences with Cisco LAN support/troubleshooting.
- Experiences with Microsoft Windows, Mac and/or Linux desktop operating systems in a network.
- Knowledge in MS Office suites, Apple and Android smart devices support.
Ideally, the individual must possess at least three of the following qualifications:
- Higher Diploma in Computing or Bachelor Degree in Science or above.
