Support Manager – Microsoft Dynamics & M365 - Home based
We're a growing Microsoft Business Applications consultancy looking for a hands-on Support Manager to lead our support function while remaining technically involved.
You'll manage and mentor our support team, drive service excellence, and work directly with customers to resolve complex issues across Microsoft Dynamics 365, CE, and Microsoft 365 environments.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft 365
* Enjoys leading, coaching, and developing a support team
* Is customer-focused with excellent communication skills
* Can balance operational management with hands-on technical support
* Thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment
