Duties / Key Responsibilities
Implement, maintain and support secure email and messaging solutions across desktop and mobile platforms.
Manage and troubleshoot networks, including routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs.
Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
Support security measures, access controls and system configurations.
Provide technical guidance to users and stakeholders.
Maintain documentation, reporting and system records.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on upgrades, migrations and installations.
Technical Requirements
Ideally, 4 years relevant experience.
Strong ICT knowledge across email, messaging, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP and DNS.
Desktop and network support, administration or related technical roles.
Understanding of Windows, Linux and macOS environments, as well as mobile operating systems.
Knowledge of network security principles, hardware and monitoring tools.
