Join NAIT’s Culinary Operations as a Culinary Procurement Support expert. This role focuses on receiving, managing, and delivering food products for educational programs.
Working onsite at the Main Campus, you will report to the Procurement Coordinator and work closely with Stockkeepers and instructors. Your daily tasks will include data entry, product quality checks, and communication across departments. Attention to detail is key to ensure proper handling and storage of food supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check deliveries against orders and documents
• Accept quality products or return unsatisfactory items
• Manage storage and shipping duties for food items
• Document invoices and update inventory systems
• Maintain cleanliness in storage and receiving areas
Requirements:
• Grade 10 completion and experience in procurement
• Knowledge of food safety standards required
