Support Coordinator

We are looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in Bedford.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke.

Location

Home base in Bedfordshire, with frequent travel for community visits, team meetings, and other work‑related meetings.

Hours and Contract

Part‑time, 28 hours per week. Services are contracted with funding available until 31 March 2027.
