Support Assistant - £25,078 per annum

We are looking for a caring and compassionate Support Assistant to join the team at Ty Parc, our new supported accommodation project in Abergavenny. This is a chance to be part of a new Taff service from the beginning. Every young person deserves the chance to take their next steps with confidence, and you could be one of the people who helps make that happen. You will work during the day alongside Support Officers to help support five care-experienced young people aged 16+ to make positive and sustainable changes in their lives.

We believe good support is built through positive relationships. That means working alongside residents rather than doing things for them.
