Summary You will serve as a Supply Technician in the Hazardous Material Control and Management Program of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF. Responsibilities You will ensure ship inventory is properly maintained and all materials meet shipboard specifications You will coordinate shipboard personnel hazardous material training You will investigate problems as they occur, recommend resolutions and report to the chain of command You will coordinate ordering and delivery of HAZMAT materials You will train and assist with offload/disposal of excess material and the preparation of transfer documents Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-6 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
