Summary About the Position: This position is located in Vilseck, Germany within Europe East district logistics office. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is transitioning to the Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA). Federal employees in Vilseck, Germany are currently entitled to receive a 42% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This rate is subject to change. The initial length of this overseas tour is 36 months. Responsibilities Collaborate with DoWEA personnel located at Headquarters, Regions and Districts to ensure awareness, maintain integrity, minimize errors, fraud, waste and theft of DoWEA property. Develop and implement a recovery plan to establish procedures to mitigate property losses and address weak areas. Conduct annual and specialized inventories using a required Portable Data Collection Device (PDCD).
