Supply & Logistics Coordinator

Supply & Logistics Coordinator Reports to:

• Vice President of Fuels Department: Fuels / Supply & Logistics Position Summary The Supply & Logistics Coordinator supports daily fuel supply, logistics, inventory management, reporting, cost analysis, and delivery coordination for Road Ranger Travel Centers and potential wholesale customers.


• This role works closely with suppliers, terminals, common carriers, third-party logistics providers, internal operations, and the Vice President of Fuels to ensure reliable supply, accurate reporting, efficient deliveries, and cost-effective fuel sourcing.
• The position also supports ERP/PDI system accuracy, supplier pricing analysis, nightly supply sourcing on a team rotation, executive reporting, and special projects as assigned.
