Supply Chain Planner

**Job Summary**

+ Engage in procure to pay (PTP) activities for supply chain department, such as suppliers sourcing, handling purchase requisition, justification, invoice validation and others purchasing related documentation should be completed and retained in accordance with global records and information policy
+ Work with manager and ANSC China procurement team for margin & profitability projects, identify opportunities for improvement and track the saving goals
+ Coordinate with stakeholders and logistics team for fulfilling sales order needs from different business channel customers in a timely and accurate manner, and comply with corporate policy, local operating procedures, quality and laws requirements
+ Ensure the SOPs and WKIs are up-to-date and identify areas for improvements
+ Deputy for handling inbound shipments arrangement, goods receipt in system and exceptional handling (E.g. damages or claim) when operation planner is absent
