Supply Chain Manager - Manufacturing

Our Client:

We have recently partnered with a MNC chemical manufacturer. The company is expanding their footprint in Malaysia and currently looking for Supply Chain Manager to be part their strategic growth.

Responsibility:

• Lead and mentor the Production Planning team to deliver reliable production schedules that align with customer demand and capacity limitations
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, shorten lead times, and elevate service levels
• Direct material planning and inventory management activities to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations
• Develop and maintain inventory control policies, including safety stock levels and reorder points
• Supervise warehouse functions and coordinate efficient inbound/outbound logistics operations
• Leverage data analytics and KPIs to track supply chain performance and inform strategic decisions
