Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations in the Philippines. Operating within a lean and agile organization, this role will serve as the primary driver of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), demand and supply planning, inventory management, and operational execution across the local and global supply chain network.

The successful candidate will lead the monthly IBP/S&OP cycle, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and external partners to create a unified “one-number” business plan. This role is responsible for balancing service levels, inventory health, operational efficiency, and business responsiveness to support sustainable growth in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
