**In this position...**

The Ford Supply Chain team is central to our ability to build great vehicles. As the Supply Chain Manager for Fasteners & Exterior Commodities you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation by leading commercial negotiations, managing critical supplier relationships, and optimizing costs. You will be an integral part of Ford’s Global Supply Chain organization, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that the right supply partner is chosen to deliver the best product on the right vehicle, at the right price with outstanding quality and on-time performance.
