Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and direct shipping and receiving team members to ensure Blommer meets OTIF targets and clear separation of inventory accuracy.Lead effort to establish and organize an efficient and effective demand planning process.Analyze the demand plan at a high level to define gaps and areas that should be prioritized and communicate to Sales.Manage warehouse staff to ensure inventory monthly counts are conducted in a timely manner, also verify inventory accuracy by conducting routine cycle countsServe as the S&OP liaison during customer meetings alongside Sales and communicate feedback to internal supply cha...
