Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee the movement of materials and finished goods throughout our domestic and international supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing carrier relationships, tracking inventory movements, ensuring customs compliance, and supporting on‑time delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across Canada, the United States, and international suppliers.
• Manage ocean freight imports from China, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate rail transportation and inland logistics from port destinations to distribution facilities and customers.
• Arrange local deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area and regional shipments throughout North America.
