Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Alexandra
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

Responsibilities- Coordination and negotiation with internal & external parties (customers/suppliers & freight forwarders)
- Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating/issuing, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement, invoice & BL checking)
- Supplier and customer management (order backlog & forecast management)
- Cost Analysis (awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Minimum Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
- Possess knowledge and practical experience in using Incoterms
