Supply Chain Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will ensure seamless coordination and collaboration with our valued suppliers.

• Generating Purchase Orders to suppliers upon approval of Purchase Requisition forms.
• Maintaining and updating the supplier's AVL master database.
• Processing Good Receiving Notes upon receiving supplier's Delivery Orders.
• Collaborating with suppliers and vendors on cost reduction initiatives while ensuring goods and services meet quality standards.
• Reconciling supplier invoices to Finance for month-end invoice payments.
• Supporting annual stock-take and audit exercises.

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels qualification.
• Relevant work experience of at least 1 year is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
