Own outbound fulfilment performance, ensuring distribution centres meet agreed parcel handover cut‑off times.Manage store parcel collection performance, ensuring timely uplift and adherence to service level agreements.Monitor courier performance and execution against agreed standards, proactively addressing service risks.Investigate delays and service failures, driving resolution through appropriate internal and external channels.Use operational reporting to track key fulfilment and courier KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and performance gaps.Act as a central point of coordination between distribution centres, courier partners, and internal teams.Communicate clear, data‑led updates to stakeholders on operational performance and exceptions.Operate in line with established SOPs and escalate where processes are no longer fit for purpose.Suppor...
