Supply Chain Business Analyst (Metro Vancouver)

Reporting to the Director, Inventory Management, the Supply Chain Business Analyst provides analytical, forecasting, reporting, and process‑optimization support across the supply chain organization.

This role focuses on developing insights, improving systems and processes, and supporting data‑driven decisions that enhance inventory performance, forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience.

What you will do:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools to monitor supply chain performance
• Analyze supply chain data across forecasting, inventory, procurement, and logistics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Conduct root‑cause analyses on service failures, forecast variances, and inventory challenges
