Supply Chain & After Sales Supervisor

**What you will do (responsibilities):**


+ Lead the end‑to‑end After Sales Supply Chain operations for LATAM, covering Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, and Argentina.
+ Coordinate demand and supply planning for the region, ensuring optimal balance between service level KPIs (fill rate, backorders, lead time) and inventory performance (days on hand, obsolescence, slow movers).
+ Integrate the regional demand plan by partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Forecasting, and Planning teams.
+ Monitor critical supply situations and execute recovery actions to secure parts availability and customer service.
+ Oversee warehouse and logistics operations across all regional distribution centers, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, internal controls, SOPs, and audit requirements.
