Purpose

Supplier Relationship Manager is developing and coaching suppliers to perform as expected according to Volvo Logistics Requirements and manage crisis with suppliers.

Scope

  • The scope of a SRM is global. This means that when the SRM is assigned to a supplier, the responsibility covers Supply Chain activities between that supplier and all involved Volvo plants / distribution centers.
