Supplier Quality Engineer

Key responsibilities
Prepare monthly supplier quality performance through incoming inspection and supplier data.
Communicate with suppliers on day-to-day quality issues, including NC, and follow up on responses.
Prepare an inspection plan for the incoming inspection.
Issue CAPA and track responses and closure timeline.
Review supplier CAPA completeness and escalate if root cause or corrective actions are inadequate.
Assist in preparing supplier audits and conducting supplier audits.
Follow up with suppliers on audit finding closure within agreed timelines.
Perform new supplier qualification and support the collection and review of documents during new material qualification.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field)
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory requirements
At least 3 years of working experience in supplier quality management
