**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Quality, Electrical), or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience as a quality, reliability or product engineer.
+ Experience with Battery/UPS, DC-DC module and PCB assembly technologies.
+ Ability to travel as required (15%-20%).

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Master's degree in Engineering.
+ 8 years of experience in Quality/Reliability, Battery/UPS and PCBA manufacturing process.
+ 5 years of experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions for high volume and high complexity parts.
