Responsibilities
- Develop assigned suppliers
- Interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and end user customers
- Remediate product or process failures impacting manufacturing locations or end user customers
- Lead supplier technical audit processes and evaluate supplier performance
- Drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier sites
- Manage quality problem resolutions and incident management
- Utilize enterprise wide software to document quality issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supporting the manufacturing of Semiconductor Capital Equipment
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Gas delivery systems and OEM components
- Experience with Quality Management Systems, auditing, and risk management tools including FMEA
