Supplier Development Engineer: Castings & Quality Improvement

Wärtsilä in Helsinki seeks a Supplier Development Engineer to drive new product introduction and proactive QA for castings and machining. You will analyse supplier performance, identify development opportunities, and lead action plans to improve supplier performance across quality, delivery and cost.

The role requires fluency in English, willingness to travel, and strong Six Sigma experience. ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus, with a systematic, results-driven approach.
