SUPERVISORY TRAINING SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Production Resources Department (Code 900), Production Workforce Development & Resource Manager (900B), Consolidated Training Division (Code 900T), Non-Nuclear Training Branch (Code 900T.1) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will plan and make work assignments for Training Instructors/Specialists and other training personnel within the Command. You will assign the needs for research, development, concurrence, and approval of training courses. You will direct specific training needs for assigned shops. You will approve the training schedule and allocation of required facilities and equipment.
