Summary The positions are located in the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), Information Engineering Branch (IEB). Responsibilities As a Supervisory Technical Information Specialist, you will: Be responsible for the day-to-day first-line supervision of professional staff as well as providing oversight to contract staff. Manage the day-to-day operational activities, including establishing short- and long-term goals, operational plans and program direction and priorities for the group. Serve as a national authority and provides authoritative advice and consultation on all design and user support issues relating to PubMed Central (PMC). Serve as the primary liaison between the PMC Development Team and NLM staff, software testers throughout the world, software developers and users.
