Summary Law Enforcement's (LE) Security and Operations Management (SOM) provides leadership, direction, and support for all business management functions essential to executing the LE mission. SOM's responsibilities include human capital management, training, and resource management. SOM also serves as the Administration's Chief Security Officer (CSO) responsible for safeguarding TSA's workforce, facilities, and information; as well as providing critical resources to TSA personnel and partners.
