Supervisory Recreation Specialist (Aquatics Director)

Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Outdoor Recreation, 35th Force Support Squadron, Misawa AB, Japan. The incumbent will serve as the Supervisory Recreation Specialist (Aquatics Director). This is a regular part time category position; guaranteed 20 hours per week but may be up to 34 depending on the needs of the facility. Military Spouse Preference is lost if selected/ or declined for this position. Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Outdoor Recreation Director, responsible for the daily operations of the year-round indoor pool facility, and installation aquatics programs. Develops, designs, implements, and analyzes interest assessments and higher-level directives in order to ensure the programs are adequate and effective.
