Summary About the Position: As Section Chief you will have complete responsibility for planning, scheduling, directing, accomplishing, supervising and reviewing all civil works, other projects and work for others real estate activities under the jurisdiction of the Corps of Engineers. *Incentives may be available for highly qualified candidates. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, direct, accomplish, supervise, and review all civil works, other projects and work for others real estate activities under the jurisdiction of the Corps of Engineers. Ensure the acquisition of real property interests for civil work, and other projects through purchase, condemnation, exchange, transfer, lease, and permit. Out-grant various real estate interests which include, but are not limited to, agricultural and grazing leases, road and utility easements, public park leases, permits to other Federal agencies, and a wide variety of other out-grants.
