Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (SHIPBLDG) in the NON-DESTRUCTIVE TEST DIVISION (CODE 135) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will improve work processes and utilize manpower and material resources effectively and efficiently. You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees. You will ensure that manpower and material expenditures are directly linked to program/mission objectives within approved budget levels, and positions and/or organizational structures to promote efficiency and economy. You will provide technical oversight and develop performance plans to evaluate work performance of subordinates. You will adhere to EEO policies.
