Responsible for monitoring and enhancing the relationship customers have with DLA, including customer outreach initiatives. Provides oversight, support and services to operational activities through a staff of specialists, technicians and administrative personnel engaged in such support. Directs and supervises efforts of assigned team personnel to monitor, accomplish, and assist activities in executing mission programs. Focuses equally on the quality of both customer service satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.
