Summary The Supervisory Program Specialist provides senior-level analytical and evaluative support to the Insurance Service Executive Management Officer in assessing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Insurance Services human resources, initial training programs, developmental programs, training materials development and content, and overall HR and development needs across the organization. Responsibilities Responsible for the human resources management program for insurance, overseeing the full range of human resources requirements to include succession and workforce planning, labor and employee relations, reorganization and realignments, arrangements for recruitment of clerical and professional staff, preparation of job descriptions, performance standards, performance appraisals and awards, maintenance of accurate personnel records and reports, and distribution of information concerning changes in personnel procedures to supervisors.
