Summary The incumbent serves as the Chief for HCS's Human Resources Liaison Team and is responsible for providing guidance and assistance in management practices and procedures related to personnel administration, human resources management, talent management, administrative and support services, and performing Human Resource (HR) Liaison assignments for HCS staffs. Responsibilities Specific duties include: The Supervisory Program Analyst serves as a team leader for the HR management liaison functional area for HCS program/staff offices and had full technical authority for business operations, projects, studies, and HR operational initiatives.
