SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST (PROJECT CONTROLS)

Summary About the Position: Serves as Supervisory Program Analyst (Project Controls) providing centralized project management support in planning, scheduling, estimating, costing, project accounting, change management, and risk assessments for Civil Construction, Environmental, Operations, and Work for Others across the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Pittsburgh District. Coordinates with leadership, managers, and HQ staff to ensure effective project controls and customer satisfaction.
