Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

Summary The Aviation Workforce and Education Division (ARA-100) oversees the FAA's corporate Science Technology Engineering and Math Aviation and Space Education (STEM AVSED) program. This position serves as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst for ARA-100 and will supervise a team of geographically dispersed employees. Responsibilities The Supervisory Management and Program Analyst is a recognized expert within FAA and is called upon to provide leadership for highly complex and challenging activities. The work of this position includes a mixture of routine and complex projects/programs based on the objectives of the major subdivision/line of business/staff offices. The Supervisor directs the work of subordinate employees for one organizational unit within ARA-100.
