Summary This position is located in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR), with one vacancy in Silver Spring, MD. Responsibilities As Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Serve as Division Chief providing oversight of administrative programs and operations, develop policies and guidance for program and administrative personnel, and conduct short and long-range planning to support programmatic goals and objectives. Develop, deliver and manage a wide array of customer-focused administrative services. Manage all phases of the budget process, including planning, formulation, execution and presentation.
