Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and leadership to a team of management and program analysts. Evaluates operations supervised in terms of mission accomplishment. Oversees the Depot's Continuous Process Improvement Programs Oversees the Depot’s ERP programs. Provides Oversight for the Depot’s Quality Assurance (QA) Program.
