Manages the Governance and Guidance Branches, serving as a first-level supervisor to ensure division functions are integrated and aligned. Advises and assists the Director and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Executive Board in building and sustaining an exceptional combat logistics support agency. Provides strategic direction and focus to ensure that the Agency takes progressive steps to remain relevant, effective, and efficient for the Department of War (DoW). Represents the Agency for strategic projects with DoW, Office of the Director of Administration and Management, Office of Management and Budget, and other Federal agencies.
