Summary This position serves as a Supervisory IT Specialist, located in the Office of Information Technology, Executive Office for Immigration Review, U.S. Department of Justice. The Supervisory IT Specialist is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of IT services and operations, network and telecommunications services, and customer-facing support services. Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities for a Supervisory IT Specialist GS-2210-14 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Serves as a Supervisory IT Specialist with responsibility for directing and managing enterprise information technology services, including customer support, network operations, communication systems, and systems administration.
