Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-IC-W1U301 US ARMY INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY CMD. Responsibilities Performs duties as the Chief, G2X Division, responsible for providing direct support and technical guidance to elements conducting HUMINT, 2X, and Counterintelligence operations in the USAREUR-AF Area of Operations. Manages, directs, and supervises the G2X Division, serving as the Rater and/or Senior Rater for all assigned employees, and is responsible for organizing, resourcing, and directing Theater Army 2X, HUMINT, and CI activities.
