Summary The Transportation Security Officer (TSO) Hiring Operations Team manages the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process for entry-level TSOs. The team develops and maintains nationwide TSO hiring business practices to facilitate the implementation of localized strategic staffing solutions at more than 450 federalized airports. Responsibilities This Human Resources Specialist position is located within Human Capital (HC) Talent Management (TM), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to: Managing HR programs, subordinate personnel and other resources to meet program objectives and further HC's goal to provide quality HR services to the agency.
