The Director, Shared Services oversees the following teams within the VACO Human Resources Servicing Center (HRSC): Classification, Position Management, Personnel Security, Compensation, and the Strike Teams. Responsibilities Major Duties Include: Serves as an advisor and consultant to the HRO and AHRO on projects and programs related to Shared Service delivery. Provides leadership to staff assigned to HRSC's Shared Services: Classification, Position Management, Personnel Security, Compensation, and Strike Teams in delivering the full range expert advice and assistance to customers.
