Summary The incumbent performs developmental assignments serving as the Resident Officer in a major metropolitan center of the Region, with the responsibility for the processing of unfair labor practice and representation cases arising within the assigned geographic area, including investigation, analysis, informal disposition, settlement negotiation, compliance, and other formal and informal case processing. This is a developmental position leading to the full performance grade of GS-0905-15.
