Summary About the Position: Serves as the senior consultant and advisor to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Resource Management on the assigned division. Responsibilities Reviews policies, directives, regulations, orders, etc., received from higher echelons to oversee the preparation of AMC’s authoritative interpretation of same. Serves as the senior consultant and advisor to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Resource Management (Tier 2 SES) on the assigned division. Independently evaluates and recommends actions on plans for the development of financial management programs, ensuring their integration into AMC’s and HQDA’s current and long range plans. Consults and collaborates with key representative of AMC’s staff and its subordinate organizations to ensure the effective operation of budget functions and services.
