Summary This position is located in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), with vacancies in Long Beach, CA; San Diego, CA; Santa Rosa, CA; Long Beach, WA; and Westport, WA. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Enforcement Officer, you will perform the following duties: Supervise and perform uniformed patrol and investigation duties such as patrolling and investigating U.S. and Foreign fishing vessels ensuring adherence to laws and regulations governing both private and public fishing. Conduct short-term investigations, interviews, perform surveillance, document violations and apprehend offenders. Supervise and perform the collection of evidence, preparing case packages which may include affidavits, court documents, and case scenarios.
