Supervisory Emergency Management Specialist

Summary This position is located within DOE/NNSA's Office of Emergency Management. A successful candidate in this position will serve as a Supervisory Emergency Management Specialist with responsibility for developing, coordinating, issuing, and administering DOE and NNSA emergency management doctrine, technical guidance, and support. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Emergency Management Specialist you will: Lead the enhancement of emergency management readiness and partnerships, and access risk throughout the DOE enterprise; and direct the establishment and maintenance of operational guidance in the form of manuals, operational requirements documents, standard operating procedures, and interim updates to operating procedures. Develop, recommend, and coordinate integrated plans with other government organizations; and assess operational procedures and recommend/implement best business practices.
