Responsibilities Ensuring mission requirements associated with physical distribution, stock readiness, item data operations, inventory accountability/accuracy, suspended materials, discrepancy reports, and customer support are completed effectively and efficiently. Analyzes the efficiency of receiving, storage, shipping, and packing procedures and system programming on customer support. Determines actions required for implementation and coordinates with functional personnel. Participates in problem-solving meetings and conferences. Performs workload analysis, working directly with depot and management personnel in development of plans concerning workload processing.
