Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Architect-Engineering and Construction Contracts Division, NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND PACIFIC. Responsibilities You will be responsible for contracts related to design, construction, utilities, alteration, maintenance, facility support services, information technology, and environmental engineering of shore facilities. You will oversee and lead efforts to plan, develop, advertise, negotiate, award, administer, and/or terminate contracts supporting long range procurement programs. You will make decisions or recommendations on the interpretation and content of federal regulations and agency policies concerning development and management of complex procurements. You will serve as principal contracting advisor to senior level customer personnel and Command/Business Line representatives.
