SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT (CODE 400) of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER. Responsibilities You will plan and direct the work of the unit through leading a group of contract specialist actively engaged in assigned technical and administrative matters related to the firm fixed price and cost type contracts. You will review subordinate work packages and deliverables to ensure clarity, adequacy, and completeness. You will perform a full range of contracting duties as a contract specialist. You will prepare workload forecasts and provide contract status reports. You will provide advice on work methods, practices, and procedures and assist with the team in identifying the parameters of a viable solution.
